TERMS OF PARTICIPATION

Stand booking
Stands can be reserved by phone, by e-mail or by filling up entry form  by June 18, 2010
at the latest. Entries are accepted after the deadline provided that there are still sites available; however, we will have to charge a higher fee for some of the services.

General terms of partcipation of Jyväskylä Fair Ltd. will be sent to the exhibitors
with the exhibition contract.

Registration fee
305 € + VAT 22 %

Site rental
109 € / m2
Additional charge for a corner site 10 %, does not apply to stands over 50 m2
Minimum site rental 654 €
VAT 22 % will be added to all prices

Site rental includes
- Customer cards 10 cards / sq.m. minimum 200 cards. No charge for extra cards. Customer cards can be provided ready printed with inviter`s name/company logo and stand number. ¥ ID-cards Mounting and dismounting cards, exhibitor cards. ¥

 invitations Stand size: 4 - 24 m2 25 cards 25 - 49 m2 50 cards 50 - 99 m2 75 cards 100 - m2 100 cards Customer get-together Tuesday October 5, 2010 6 - 9 p.m.

Opening hours for visitors
